We would like to inform you of IraqiAmerican Chamber of Commerce & Industry “Third Annual Kurdistan DBX Trade Show” Novembe11th – 14th, 2007, Sulaimaniyah, Kurdistan, Iraq, and the only international trade show in Iraq that is managed by Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and Industry a 300 plus employee organization founded in the United States and have operated in Iraq since May 2003 with over 7000 members 90% are Iraqi members from across the country which makes us unique as an exhibit organizers. The first annual Kurdistan in Arbil, September, 15th, attracted over 95,000 visitors and last year event we had over 106,000 visitor, the 10,000 SM facility was build by IACCI at a cost of more than 3 million dollars. We would like you to consider the following facts before you decide where to exhibit in the next rebuild Iraq show in 2007:

1. When you exhibit at Kurdistan DBX Kurdistan, November 11th – 14th, 2007, Sulaimaniyah, Kurdistan, your company will attract the largest number of potential buyers, you want buyers and not competing exhibitors.
2. Iraqi Central Government, will participate and send thousands of engineers, purchasing managers, department managers, buyers, technical managers to Kurdistan DBX, they did last year and they will send even more this year
3. Kurdistan Regional Government, will do the same, Kurdistan is the fastest growing region in Iraq
4. Iraqi Private Sector from throughout Iraq will participate, it is easy for them to come to Kurdistan and often it is very difficult to go to other countries to attend shows, because of stringent visa requirements, high cost associated with international travel, and language barriers.
5. A new and vibrant Private Sector is emerging in Iraq, starting new companies, signing new agency agreements, trading with companies from around the world and joining the international global market to rebuild Iraq after decades of neglect, and being cutoff from the rest of the world
6. IraqiAmerican Chamber of Commerce & Industry is not only a trade show company but essentially we are a chamber of commerce established in 2003 to help build bridges, networking, and trading partnerships between our 7000 plus Iraqi members and the rest of the world. World Bank estimate that a minimum of $50 billion are necessary for the rebuilding of Iraq, the US department of Energy estimates are over 100 billion, what ever the estimates are, it is clear that no country will spend more to build its infrastructure, rehabilitate its industry from oil, electricity, domestic durable goods, capital goods, telecommunication, food stuff, irrigation, water and sewer, reclamation, city planning, security equipment, agriculture needs, health and medical and safety needs, IT needs, did I forget anything, then assume Iraq needs it
9. 13. Two international airports serve the area and flights from Dubai, Amman, Frankfort and other cities operate on regularly scheduled flights
