Does the exhibit package include exhibit set
up?
Yes, it includes all exhibit set up, lighting, name display,
carpeting and furniture. If you require set up
of your booth that you will bring with you to
the show we will include 10 hour free labor set
up and tear down and any additional unusual help
and time will be charged at the rate of
$10/hour.
Is there a deadline for payment and
registration?

Each exhibitor can reserve their
space for $500 till September 15th.
In the event exhibitor decided not to attend,
IACCI will offer exhibitor space in the
literature pavilion and one year membership in
IACCI.
·
50% of outstanding balance must be
paid by October 15th
·
Full payment must be received by
October 15th
·
In the event exhibitor does not
fulfill their obligation by the dates specified
above, IACCI reserve the right to cancel their
reservation and refund their money.

There are no refunds. Exhibitors
are asked to decide in advance to commit to “The
2nd annual Kurdistan DBX International
Trade show, Nov. 11th -14th
,2006" In the event there are unusual and
beyond our control circumstances, IACCI might
postpone the event to a later more appropriate
time and place without any obligation on IACCI
to make any refunds.

Yes, you do. You must send us all the require information; name,
passport number, nationality, date of issue,
date of expiration, and two photos and IACCI
will take all necessary visa application steps
for you.
Can I stay additional days before or after
"the 2nd annual
Kurdistan DBX International Trade show”?
This is possible, but must be arranged with IACCI at additional
cost.
What about the City of
Suleimaniya
The City is located in northeastern
Iraq with
700,000 inhabitants (2005 estimate), 900 meters
above sea level. Suleimaniya is the capital of
the governorate with the same name, and part of
the Kurdish Autonomous Region.
 Suleimaniya is predominantly a
Kurdish
city, and has been a centre for Kurdish
nationalism. It is the main city of one of two
leading Kurdish parties, the Patriotic Union of
Kurdistan
(PUK). Many of the buildings in the city have been
destroyed in the military fights between
Kurdish
groups in the 1990's.
There are two roads to Suleimaniya, one from
Kirkuk, 365 km to the west, and one to Ba'quba,
330 km south. The economy of Suleimaniya is based upon the
farming in the area, for which Suleimaniya is
the trade and administrative centre. Produce
include tobacco, fruit, cereals and livestock.
There is a tobacco-processing plant in town.
Products are sold both to other parts of Iraq,
as well as to Iran.
Suleimaniya has since long been a popular
tourist destination among Iraqis, because of the
fresh and cool mountain air in the summer.
Will security cover the event grounds as well
as the hotels?
Yes, all security will be provided at the hotel, the exhibition
site. Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce &
Industry worked closely with Kurdistan Regional
Government last year and they secured the city
with 24 hour security at every corner, over 5000
security personal were involved and again we had
zero incident.
Suleimaniya
is very safe, US armed forces walk the streets,
attended the event, forging nationals are always
in town without any security escort. This area
of Iraq has been under the no fly zone for over
ten years and they have ensured a safe
environment all that time. As your plane descend
into Howler Airport you will see incredible
building and construction activities everywhere,
roods, buildings and projects are created at an
unprecedented rate
Will there be food services on-site at the
DBX fairgrounds?
Yes, there will be a private caterer providing the food services
for the event, along with private restaurants
available in the
Suleimaniya
that feature the finest cuisine, in addition to
fast-food (Iraqi style) stands. In addition to 3
nights of networking dinners and we intend to
make the best of your short visit to meet with
important Iraqi government officials and Iraqi
private sector
